We use resistance bands and body weight exercises along with brisk walking or running to help tone your muscles and get you back into your pre-pregnancy jeans sooner.  Stroller Fit is a great way to carve out some valuable time for yourself without the need for a babysitter; baby will be happy to come along for the ride.  Meet other new moms while you do something positive for yourself. You will need a stroller (any type), towel or mat, and a water bottle.

All fitness levels are welcome… work at your own pace and meet the needs of your baby.

Stroller Fit continues year round and will move inside to the track at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex in the Fall and Winter. Please check Facebook for confirmation of location the morning you plan to join us.

Meet us at Waterloo Park or the track at Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex on Wednesday mornings where we will spend our time power walking with cardio, resistance training, flexibility, and socializing all rolled into one hour of calorie burning fun!

Your First class is free so come try it out! Then, purchase your Stroller Fit pass which includes 8 classes which you can use over a period of 12 weeks. We know it can be hard to juggle it all but we think you are worth it! Note: All passes expire after 1 year from purchase date.
